Purpose of processing

Manage the locker rental service.
Facilitate access to reserved lockers through security codes.
Respond to inquiries, incidents or complaints.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Send commercial communications related to Lazy Lizard services (if the User expressly authorizes it).
Legal basis
The processing of data is based on the execution of the locker rental contract, compliance with legal obligations, and, in the case of commercial communications, on the User’s express consent.
Video surveillance
Lazy Lizard’s facilities are equipped with video surveillance cameras in order to guarantee security and proper use of the lockers. The corresponding information signs have been placed in compliance with current regulations.
Data retention
Data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for the period necessary to meet possible legal responsibilities. In the case of consent for commercial communications, data will be kept until the User withdraws such consent.
Recipients
Data will not be transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation or when necessary to provide the service (for example, courier companies in case of item delivery).

Lazy Lizard does not carry out international data transfers nor make automated decisions regarding User information.
